We continue by conducting a thorough “SWOT- Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats” analysis which leads to the development of “KPI’s- Key Performance Indicators” and “CSF’s- Critical Success Factors”. “SMART” goals are then developed which provide a sense of purpose, direction and accountability.
While we are able to develop a strategic plan in a condensed time period (1-2 days), we often recommend a series of monthly 90-minute to 2-hour meetings over a period of several months.
